Guests can book private rooms or dorm beds (single-sex or mixed dorms); some private rooms share baths. Rooms have hardwood floors and large windows, with twin beds or bunks; dorms sleep 2-3 people.

Communal spaces include a TV room, computer nook (fee), backyard patio, rooftop deck, and a large kitchen that also serves free breakfast. Guests can use a gym across the street.
