While a 810 square foot floor plan isn't exactly restrictive – especially when it comes to apartments with two bedroom – it's still compact enough to require a little extra care and attention when it comes to layout, decor, and atmosphere. The design is a clean and natural space with a touch of industrial decor influence, and goes in a completely different direction with a bold color scheme for a single bachelor, Mr Alfred.
